In 2010, RTHK first joined force with the Hong Kong University Public Opinion Programme and with reference to the Deliberative Polling concept, it gave birth to RTHK show "Voices".

• They bring in Vizrt to their TV live show since 2018.
• “Voices” uses Vizrt as their main LED content display and social media content display and DMT as the one of the main contractors for supporting the show.

The show invites different academics and government officials like Financial Secretary, Legislators and also Chief Executive every year to let the HK residents know more about the many public issues and policies surrounding Hong Kong. To let it all begin, the show will randomly select 100 HK residents from the HKU Public Opinion Programme to participate in the show and thereby providing an opportunity or path for them to express their feelings and doubts. The show not only provides the positive but also the negative voices to let the audience think before making any judgments.

• The show will also analyze the survey from each audience to understand if there are intention changes before and after.

On the latest presentation on 18th Jan, 2020, Voices invited the Financial Secretary CHAN-Mo-po, Paul and the HKU Department of Finance and Decision Sciences Associate Professor Dr. Billy S.C. Mak joining in on the discussion on the HK 2020 Budget Speech.
